bMobile offers a full suite of technical services, including onsite, implementation, and training. We also utilize tools that allow us remote access to be available to you whenever you need it. Training on desktop, handheld, and general technology issues is also available to help your staff manage the Route system.
Support plans are sold in blocks of time that do not expire and are affordably priced. Support services are available Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, MST. Implementation services and scheduled activities or appointments are available outside of normal business hours with advanced notice.
