The process of invoice capture, printing, and uploading directly into Accounts Receivable is an effective and efficient method in processing our daily sales transactions.

We were looking to connect our trucks and delivery people with our main accounting system. We had no way of doing reconciliation between what went on a truck and what was sold, not to mention how much money was collected. Software Outfitters/bMobile provided us an answer that made it all work together. They listened to our needs and helped design a solution that was just right for us. Software Outfitters/bMobile software seamlessly integrated the handheld devices and our main system.
Now we know what gets loaded on a truck and more importantly what inventory sells. The information comes back to us and is transferred almost transparently, showing in the accounting system right away. We no longer have to re-enter invoices and the time savings helped the system pay for itself quickly. We can focus our time on ice cream sales, not paperwork!
