Partnership Program

1. Why would I want to become a bMobile Partner?
As a bMobile Partner you will be authorized to resell (license) bMobile software products. You will also have access to marketing and sales support and product training.
2. If I become a Partner, what is my margin of profit on bMobile products?
You will be able to purchase bMobile software at the discounted Partner Level pricing and establish your own resell price. Upon acceptance of your Partner Application and Partner Agreement you will receive a Partner Price Schedule along with suggested resale prices which you may use as a guide.
3. Do you sell hardware and other business software products?
bMobile Technology is a mobile software developer and we prefer to provide only those products. However, if your client has hardware or software needs that you cannot fulfill, with your permission, bMobile will work to meet those needs in a manner that will not jeopardize your client relationship.
4. What commitments do I have to make?
You must be committed to client satisfaction and working in the best interest of the client. You must also be willing to introduce bMobile products to your clients and prospective clients with mobile business needs. You must also agree to the terms of the bMobile Partner Agreement.
5. If I don’t want to resell bMobile software is there a program for me?
Yes. You may prefer to just introduce us to your clients and let us take it from there, working directly with your client. A referral fee will be paid to you for each referral that becomes a bMobile customer. As a Referring Partner, we will provide you with a Non Disclosure Agreement that protects your client relationship. In all cases, we will act in a manner that reflects well upon you.
6. Will I receive product training?
Yes. Live, online training and training materials will be made available to you. The initial training will cover basic features and benefits, and advanced functionality will be covered thereafter.
7. Do you provide sales support?
Yes. As a new Partner, you may request our participation in 3-way sales calls and online sales demos. You will also receive e-copies of sales collateral and guidelines on the bMobile sales process.
8. Do you provide marketing support?
Yes. You will be provided e-copies of bMobile marketing collateral, logos for website and marketing use, and other promotional material. The program also makes available marketing guides and tips.
9. Am I responsible for installation, implementation and customer training?
No. As a new Partner you can expect support from bMobile in the installation, implementation and user training of bMobile software.
10. Am I responsible for ongoing support after the sale?
No. You are encouraged to inform your customer about ongoing support options. However, bMobile Technology provides ongoing technical support services.
11. What are the qualifications to become a bMobile Partner?
To be a Partner you must be actively engaged in business technology sales or be an authorized reseller of business software. You must have a valid business license and be in good standing with all local, state and national consumer agencies.
12. I am prevented from selling competing products?
You are not required to sign a non-compete agreement. We intend to earn your loyalty with our product value and quality service. We understand that bMobile may not be the ideal product in all cases. We only ask for the opportunity to match our product to the client’s needs.
